About Us

SEEK YOUR CAREER offers structured, evidence-based career guidance for school students, graduates and working professionals. Our approach combines scientific psychometric assessment with individual counselling, so that every career decision rests on a clear understanding of the individual's abilities, interests and aspirations.

Founder's Profile

Dr. Akshara Shukla Tiwari is the Founder of SEEK YOUR CAREER and a Gold Standard Certified Career Counsellor. A former professor with extensive experience mentoring students, she brings strong academic insight and a broad understanding of careers across many fields and industries. She is also a UK Agent and Counsellor certified by the British Council, and advises students who are considering higher education in the United Kingdom.

Our Approach

Each client takes a comprehensive assessment that measures five core dimensions:

  • Personality: individual traits and preferred work environments
  • Interests: areas of natural curiosity and motivation
  • Aptitude: inherent abilities and strengths
  • Emotional Quotient: self-awareness and interpersonal competence
  • Orientation Style: working preferences and key motivators

The results are then reviewed in a one-to-one counselling session. That session produces a personalised career roadmap covering stream selection, courses, entrance examinations and further education.
